3. What vendor opportunities are available?
You can choose from:
1. Summit Single Day Vendor Expo – Showcase your products, services, or food truck on Friday, October 17, 2025 (10AM–6PM).
2. 90-Day Black Dotte Marketplace Vendor – Secure a space inside The Legacy Park Plaza to run your business from October 16–December 31, 2025 (Monday to Saturday 10AM–6PM | Sunday 12PM-5PM).
4. Who can apply to be a vendor?
Food, retail, and service-based entrepreneurs ready to grow. Food trucks are welcome every weekend during the 90-Day Marketplace.

6. What are the perks of being a vendor?
Vendors gain exposure, connect with the community, and receive:
- A business home during the holiday season (90-day vendors).

- Automatic entry into the $5,000 Pitch Competition (for Marketplace vendors).
7. What is the vendor deadline?
Applications for the 90-Day Marketplace close on September 26, 2025. Single Day Expo vendors should apply early to secure space.
8. What is the Black Dotte Marketplace?
It’s a retail and food marketplace located inside The Legacy Park Plaza that provides vendors with a storefront-style presence during the busiest shopping season of the year.
9. How long can I sell there?
From October 16 to December 31, 2025, Monday - Saturday 10AM–6PM daily and Sunday 12PM-5PM.
10. Are food trucks allowed?
Yes! Food trucks are welcome every weekend throughout the marketplace season.
11. Are there recommended hotels near the event venue?
Yes! We’ve partnered with nearby hotels to provide convenient lodging options for Summit attendees and vendors: Hilton Garden Inn, Origin Kansas City Riverfront, and The Element NKC / Aloft
12. Will there be special group rates?
Yes, discounted rates will be available for Summit participants. Booking links and codes will be shared directly with registered vendors and attendees.
13. Is transportation provided between the hotels and the venue?
Shuttle or ride-share options may be arranged; details will be announced closer to the event.
14. What is the Black MasterMind Bootcamp?
It’s a 90-day entrepreneurial training program that teaches financial literacy, business strategies, and funding readiness.
15. How do I apply for the Bootcamp?
